The staff is really great, and the atmosphere was great as well. The bathrooms and bedrooms are really clean, I felt like at home, and I met many new people.

Everything is clean, 24 hours reception, entrance system with the magnetic card (that allows us more independence)
There are no appropriate place to talk, everywhere it is necessary to be quiet, so i could not talk in the phone to home or plan the next day of the trip with the friend that was with me.

New comfortable hostel, much better than some European ones. Nice staff, good furniture, TV room, small balcony with Arbat street view. Free wifi, coffee, tea, lockers, no deposit charges. How to get there: the hostel will be appr. in the midway of Arbat, on your left if you walk from Arbat subway station. You need to enter Torture Museum and press 7.
Spent some time to find the hostel (no signs, even by the entrance). Would be nice to have a bar. But you can take along some beer.

Personnel is the best I've ever met. A kitchen is like a restoraunt. A living room is perfect for photo sessions.

I liked everything. The staff the most. They were very friendly and committed. They were honest, trustful and giving a good big extra mile for the guests. There is enough bathrooms and toilets in the hostel. It is clean and very aesthetic.

- free linens and towel - clean! :) - good location, right in the pedestrian zone (quite touristic) - cosy, nice atmosphere, friendly staff
It was hard to find, take the door right left of the Torture Museum and use the number pad pressing "7".
